Gilbert A care guide

Words before decisions.

Plan the visit

What will the whole plan cost?

Ask for the medicine, visits, tests and ongoing fees in the same written quote. Compare the full bill after any opening offer ends.

Cash prices are a range, not a local quote.

As of September 26, 2026, manufacturer cash offers for branded weight and diabetes drugs mostly span about $149 to $499 per month.

The medicine and its prescribed strength affect the price.

Some tirzepatide (Zepbound) discounts depend on getting the next refill no later than 45 days after the previous delivery. The price is higher after that deadline.

Ask the pharmacy for the refill deadline and the price if you miss it.

The maker of tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro) uses 28 days as a month.

The maker of semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) prices by a box of pens or a bottle of tablets.

Ask how much medicine comes with the quoted price.

That range is medicine pricing. Request a separate quote for the care around it. It does not establish a Gilbert clinic’s charge.

An opening price may be brief.

For semaglutide (Ozempic) pens, a government listing shows a $199 introductory monthly price as of September 26, 2026.

The opening price covers only the first two monthly purchases.

That price applies only to pen strengths of 0.25 mg or 0.5 mg.

Eligible new patients must live in the United States, be at least 18 years old and pay outside insurance.

Ask the pharmacy whether the strength on your prescription and your patient details qualify.

Later monthly purchases are listed at $349 or $499; the strength determines which price applies.

The opening offer runs through December 31, 2026.

If you have insurance and use this offer, you cannot ask the plan to pay you back.

You also cannot count that payment toward your deductible, the amount you pay before your plan starts paying certain bills.

Add the care fees to the medicine price.

Most offers in the September 26, 2026 check of online weight care billed monthly for care, with medicine charged separately.

Ask what the care fee buys: visits, replies to questions, or other services. Get the answer in writing.

Ask for an itemized bill, meaning a list with each charge shown separately: the health review, medicine, tests, shipping and later visits. Ask which fees repeat, what changes after an opening discount and what cancellation costs.

Ask the plan whether a cash payment counts toward the amount you pay before insurance starts paying. Ask how much medicine each package contains before comparing prices.
